Shipping Policy:

Shipping is free when you order 3 or more shirts at our store. This offer is only good for US customers. We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $12.50 for our customers outside of the United States.

There is flat rate charge of $4.95 for USPS ground shipping in the United States for customers who purchase less than 3 shirts.

We usually ship all items that are in stock within 3 business days after receiving your order. Items that are out-of-stock typically ship no later than 2-3 weeks after your order has been submitted. If you happen to pick an out-of-stock item we will notify you immediately and give you an estimate of the ship date before your order is processed.

Return Policy

You may return your item(s) back to Constitutional Tees that have NOT been washed or worn. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Customers who would like to exchange an item will be required to provide a check or money order for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will process your request and notify you by e-mail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing. We value you as a customer and it is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We will do whatever it takes to keep your business!

We make returns EASY! Simply print off and completely fill out this RETURN SLIP. You will be able to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Be sure to fill out all sections of the return slip and mail it with the item(s) you are returning.
